I. Nature of Goods and Delivery Method


This product is a Steam digital activation code, a virtual digital item with no physical packaging or logistics delivery; it is delivered electronically.

After successful payment, the activation code will be provided via the following methods:

  1. Automatically displayed on the order details page (can be copied and used directly);
  2. Received via notification email/SMS containing the activation code to your bound email address/mobile phone number;
  3. Viewed on the order page by logging into the account associated with the email/mobile phone number used for the order.

Delivery Timeframe: Under normal circumstances, the code is delivered immediately after payment completion. In case of system delays, delivery will be completed within 15 minutes. If you do not receive the redemption code within 2 hours, please contact customer service, who will follow up and resolve the issue within 24 hours.



II. Activation and Usage Rules


Once the activation code is viewed/activated, it will be bound to your Steam account and cannot be transferred, resold, or reactivated.

If you encounter difficulties with activation, you may contact customer service for assistance, and we will prioritize resolving usage issues.



III. Refund and After-Sales Policy


Unactivated/Unviewed Activation Codes


Refund applications are accepted and will be processed after verifying the unused status. Funds will be returned to the original payment account, with a processing time of 1–7 business days (depending on the bank/payment channel).

If a refund is requested due to activation issues, customer service will provide activation guidance or technical support to assist with successful usage.

Activated/Viewed Activation Codes


Due to the uniqueness of digital goods, refunds are generally not supported after activation.

In special cases (e.g., misdescription of the product, unmarked regional restrictions, technical failures rendering the code unusable), you may submit a refund application with a detailed reason. Customer service will assess and handle the case based on the actual situation. If the refund is approved, the corresponding game license will be revoked simultaneously.

Refund Processing Timeframes


  • Unactivated codes: Review and refund processing will be completed within 24–48 hours after application submission;
  • Activated codes: The assessment period is 1–3 business days, and the processing result will be notified via email.



IV. Dispute and Chargeback Handling


If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback), the official bank process typically takes 60–90 days. To expedite the process, you may choose our express refund solution:

  1. Contact your payment channel (bank, PayPal, etc.) to withdraw the dispute;
  2. Provide a screenshot of the successful dispute withdrawal;
  3. Customer service will manually process the full refund within 12 hours.

During the dispute, the system will automatically suspend the game license. After the dispute is resolved, the order will be closed normally without affecting your shopping record.



V. Special Circumstances


If the received activation code is invalid, incorrect, or unactivatable, please provide your order number and a screenshot of the error. Customer service will verify and issue a valid replacement code or process a refund within 24 hours.

Activation failures caused by user errors (e.g., accidental purchase, incorrect region selection, account issues) do not qualify for mandatory refunds, but we will assist in negotiating a solution.

Saveonsteam reserves the final right of interpretation for this policy. Any adjustments will be announced on the platform in advance.
